A Trim Trail is a children’s obstacle course composed of different pieces of apparatus laid out to form a series of fun-filled physical challenges. The aim is for children to traverse from each item and work their way along and around the course, trying their best not to touch the floor.
As you can see in the images below – the area has been transformed from an unused part of the school field into a space lots of children can now enjoy. The Items included on this trim trail are as follows: – Slalom Beam, Zig Zag Beams, Log Bridge, Half Height Scramble Net, Tyre Traverse, an A Frame Unit, Twin HDPE Traverse Wall and finally a Trapeze Walk. All these different pieces, individually and when together are perfect for developing a variety of skills and muscle groups, whilst having fun too.
To complete the project, we laid Resin Bonded Surfacing around the items to make the area accessible in all weathers, all year round.
